1. How do I login the day of the event?

The login information is your email address

2. Who do I contact if I have troubleshooting issus on the day of the event?

Send an email to tra.nguyen@zenogroup.com or chat with admin in help desk for any technical assistance

3.Where will the event be held?

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices

4. Will I be able to take away information, documents or file from the event?

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a "swag bag" for you! You can add documents provided by presenters and exhibitors to your online swag bag and then email them to yourself or share items with friends and family by simply entering their email

5. How do I join on the live day?

You login to the virtual site with your email address and please choose "Auditorium" to join the event

6. What is the preferred browser?

Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

7. How long will all the virtual content be available for me to view?

We will provide access to conference materials for 30 days to all the attendees
